Registration
Members are advised that registration is compulsory to attend the AGM. Registration will take place in the Kirribilli room and will be open from 5.00pm to 8.15pm on the day of the AGM.
Members will be issued with a ballot paper when you have completed registration.
If you are unable to attend and wish to be listed as an apology, please send an email to rsys@rsys.com.au.
Reminder: In accordance with the Club’s Constitution, Members of the following membership classes are unable to vote at an AGM:
- Youth, Affiliates, Honorary, Temporary or Visiting Members.
- Non-financial Members, Members with accounts outstanding over 60 days.
As per the Registered Club’s Act, an employee of RSYS is not permitted to vote at an AGM.
Dining
The Careening Cove Anchorage will be open from 5pm for dinner prior to the AGM. Why not join other Members for a bite to eat before proceedings commence?
