Manu Bonjour is back with another spirits masterclass - this time, tequila vs mezcal! Members and guests will have the opportunity to taste tequila from Don Fulano & Clase Azul and mezcal from Mezcal Vago and Legendario Domingo. As always, each spirit will be matched with its own canapé. Please note bookings are extremely limited for this event.

Confit Heirloom tomato with ancho sauce & chilli
Kangaroo carpaccio with blueberry
Stuffed zucchini flower with smoked chicken
Mahi Mahi ceviche with pickled tomato
